Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided you have not accessed any content (videos, practices, or materials).

Once you access any content, you waive your right to a refund as per our Terms of Use.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • No refund is provided for the remainder of the billing period

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund:

  1. Email us at support@moveom.co.il with the subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email and reason for the request
  3. We will review and respond within 3-5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
